wuts the business?
I been cruising the area just seeing wuts good with it sipping on some of that soft alcohol to get a lean without the blackout. Haven't really been on the block as much since i've been trying to turn my life over to God and away from the street. But I Still gotta roll thru and show luv. Still miss them nights breaking day. Still miss that shine of street fame knowing catts looking at me like, thats dude right there, he out grinding doing his thing again. But that aint nothing but the minds prison talking. Thats just tha trap, tha glamour and flashy lights of the dark carnival attracting a lost soul to a glory thats not so glorious.
Really just hit the concrete to zone out and get my mind ready for the track i'm working on. Did a song for another producer thats been working on his mixtape. called tha song "Quest", on Myspace/thakennel. He was feeling it and I'm feeling the style in his beats so we decided we had to get down on something else. So I went on a trip back to my not so distant previous daily adventures in the whip to explore my mind and put together a track I'm calling "Genesis".
It felt good to be back in my environment with my partners in crime and homeboys /slash/ family. Knowing we all been keeping our distance from each other for the same basic reasons. One Mind on the wrong side of the tracks has a better chance of survival alone. When Combined with other condemned minds trapped in that minds prison, the mind is more likely to slip back into those foul ways.
We All pretty clear headed right now and trying to live right in God's eyes. Talked about the music and exchanged ideas, passed instrumentals and all that. talked life as well, of course.. Hoping we can get together and bring some of that knowledge and experience into the booth. Until then ima be doing my thing letting yall get to know the mindstate. Dropping issues and thoughts on the beat. Hoping someone feel me and undastand. Hoping we can direct someone to a more positive position.
