That's T-Pain...and yes, that is another gimmick that makes artists look like coons. I never understood him all-of-a-sudden wearing top hats, but when he wore this @ the BET Awards, it was completely obvious.

I saw a YouTube video where T-Pain was singing without the vocorder and he sounded pretty good.....I guess once you start biting the style of a legend like Roger Troutman and it works so well it's real hard to stop and display your natural talent! I'm tired of hearing T-Pain all over the radio...but hopefully he'll realize he's turning into a cartoon character and stop wearing that "coon" costume when he appears in public. I don't care if he's a "closet coon"....and does it at home. I was kinda offended by it as well suhn!
