Why Do Albums Leak?

Albums leaking is always been a mystery to me . So my question is why and how do they leak and do u as artist care anymore.

It's not why...it's WHO? Either the artist leak their own stuff out, or sumone within their circle is leaking out their material behind their backs...and since we live in a society where information get out quickly becuz of the internet, sumtimes it's hard 2 stop leaks if it's already out there.

you can probably turn it back to some of those engineers. If it leaks i dont care about it really. but you can almost guarantee that it is somebody in the inner circle.

^^Yeah they do...and another thing...rappers are at times careless...4 instance, Lloyd Bank$ left a demo of sum of his "Rotten Apple" tracks in a woman's car...she put dat sh** on the net...so you gotta be careful when it come 2 dat sh**.

I think albums being leaked are good for the fan and artist... With all this garbage out, you get a chance to preview the shit... Also, for the artist, maybe you'll hear how heads aren't feeling a certain record off your album and have time to bounce it off or replace it.... Granted the record company might take an “L” on sells… But, it should always be about putting out quality music anyway… Correct?
