Is my album cover art going to get me sued?

Not that it's nescessarily a bad thing to be sued, sometimes disaster is the very best PR you can't buy.

Just the same, I'm wondering if anyone here, with some degree of experience and intuition, could offer an opinion on this. Should I be more worried about Evil Angel, for using the likeness of Belladonna? Or should I be more worried about the Knights of Malta and Opus Dei coming after me for riding around on the Pope's back with a porn star?
