Just wanted to ask... why aren't more people freaking out about them??
I FINALLY got around to downloading and trying out the demo...
Holy Bejesus!!!! They're amazing...
Easily, the favorite EQ plugin that I've ever tried...
They actually change the sound without even turning the knobs.. and they compress a little bit. Honestly, they sound like actual, analog eq's to me.
I MUST BUY THEM NOW!!!!!
now that the rack plus comes with 8 built in mic pre's, would you say the 003 converters and those pre's have been improved to the level of say a presonus digimax96 or LT?
thanks
I'm thinking about a Studio Projects B1, AT4040 or something. I have a kinda raspy voice.
When it comes to compressor's(ITB) i teak until it's well......worse than before i started.
Embrassing but true ,i have reasonable handle on general recording/mixing thus far in the short time i've been at it.
At this stage i am better off using the presets.
Is there any *really* *user friendly* out board compressor's, less dials/buttons for me to screw up .
For all you 7602 owners who have multiple units, and hate having the power supplies hog up space, this might be for you.
I simply, AND CAREFULLY drilled and bolted two units together, and converted the actual factory mounting brackets to mount 2 units side by side.
Thought some of you owners who value rack real estate as much as I do would find this info to be valuable kfhkh
If you try this, just be very careful when drilling!!! After installing and turning both units on, there was no hum present, just as when they both occupied their own space.
So there you go!
