About Me:

The City of San Diego has never been a city known for breeding hip-hop artists or to have a thriving hip-hop scene. San Diego is generally known for its mild climate, punk music and its many tourist attractions...ENTER CURSE Curse is an artist originally born in San Diego, CA who later moved to the North West side of Chicago, IL. Born in the mid 80's, Curse is heavily influenced by many of hip-hops pioneers as well as new school artists including; Rakim, Kool G Rap, Jay-Z, Nas and Big Pun. While Living in Chicago, Curse found himself as an artists and a man. He did this by battling, going to school and possessing a stage presence that helped grow a small fan base. While living in Cali, Curse spent his time tighting up his song writing and raising his swagger, earning himself the nickname the "Young Vinnie Chase." Curse is part of Blok Club Music, Middle ground and Kibriki management. Along side SOLE MUNKI Curse moved to Atl, GA in efforts to take his talent to the next level. Unlike his other Mexican American Counterparts who choose to speak strictly to other Latinos, Curse makes music for a broader audience, though his heritage is evident in his music. Curse is a hip-hop artist who's main objective is to be able to live off of music and provide for his family while continuing to perfect his craft. The Middle Ground Album "From the Ground up" recieved much underground acclaim from Chicago to San Diego. Curse's 1st solo effort "Seriously" also laid the ground work for Curse's movement. Curse also just released his new mixtape "Sneakers n' Sex" along side Dj Don Cannon of the Aphilliates. This marks his 1st release since moving to Atlanta.
