I love good R&B and I am a lyric junkie. Tamia is completely underrated as a vocalist and she needs to hook up with Bryan Cox to get a hit. Nicole Wray was the bomb back in the day but had horrible A&R but her album was fire. I think Mario is the best "sounding" current male vocalist. He needs his braids back though. Chris Brown is cute and has replaced Usher in the best male entertainer department. Oh, Mariah Carey can write her a** off. Her lyrics are deep, well well written and well, true. I could play any MC album as my life's soundtrack. But, keeping it way real... she is annoying as hell to watch. The hand movements are just too much for a sister. Anyway... that's me. I like some rap too... but only if the lyrics are clever - like Jay Z's songs. Oh, that reminds me... Beyonce is THE GREATEST female entertainer of our generation. The problem is oversaturation... her talent is undeniable. People think that if they hear you all the time... your voice is nothing special. Believe me... she is special.
